About the prices.

Why do you publish prices when other agencies don't?
Because it saves everyone a week of emails. You know before you call whether we are the right fit, and the first conversation is about your business rather than your budget. It also keeps us honest: the price on the page is the price.
Is £1,450 really the whole price?
Yes, for a custom-designed business website of up to 15 pages, which covers almost every business we work with. E-commerce, branding, bookings or anything bespoke is quoted separately before we start, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay?
Builds: half to start, half at launch. Care plans and SEO: monthly by direct debit. We do not take payment for anything we have not agreed in writing.
Do I have to take the Growth plan?
Yes. Launch sites run on it: it is the hosting, the security, the review requests, the missed-call text back and the app, all of which the site needs to do its job. The first month is included, then £297 a month, monthly, cancel any time.
What happens if I cancel Growth later?
You keep your website files and we hand them over. The hosting, the app, the review and missed-call systems are ours and stop with the plan. Nobody has to stay; most do because the reviews keep coming.
Is there a contract?
No. Growth and Partner are monthly by direct debit and you can cancel any time. Clients stay because the reviews keep arriving and the phone keeps ringing, not because a contract says so.
What is not included?
Stock photography licences, paid plugins or platforms with their own fees (Shopify, for instance), domain registration, and copy for more pages than the package covers. All quoted up front if they apply.
