What do you need from me to start?

An hour on a call, access to whatever you have (the current site, logo files, photos, analytics), and honest answers about what the business needs the site to do. We write the brief from that and send it back for you to sign off before anything else happens.

Do you write the words?

Yes, on every project. Most websites fail on the words, not the design, so we write the copy first and design around it. You review and correct; you do not have to start from a blank page.

Which platform do you build on?

Whatever the site needs. Static builds for speed when the content rarely changes, a content system when it does, Shopify for stores. We do not have a platform to sell you; we have a site to make work.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. If the brand is good, we use it faithfully. If it is holding the site back, we say so and quote for a refresh separately, or recommend doing the site first and the brand later.

How can you do it for £1,450?

Because we build a lot of them, with a process and tools that have been refined over 640 sites, and because the site is the start of a relationship rather than the whole job. We would rather make it easy to say yes and earn the monthly plan for years.

Who owns the site?

You do, completely: the design, the code, the content and the domain. If you ever leave us, you take it with you.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes care for the first one to six months depending on the package: hosting, security, backups and changes. Most clients then stay on Growth; clients from years ago are still with us.
