Terms of business.

These terms apply to all work by Code Creative Ltd. A signed proposal or written acceptance of a quote brings them into effect. Where a proposal says something different, the proposal wins.

Website builds

The Launch website is a fixed price for a custom business website as described on the pricing page. E-commerce, branding, bookings and other bespoke work are quoted in writing before they start. Launch is paid on sign-off. Every Launch site runs on the Growth plan, whose first month is included; the plan then continues monthly. Two rounds of revisions are included at the design stage. Delays caused by late content or feedback extend the timeline, not the price.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the design, code and content we created for you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio and to reuse general techniques and components. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, platforms) remain under their own licences.

Care plans and SEO

Growth and Partner are monthly, collected by direct debit, with no minimum term; either side may cancel with one month's notice. Unused change time does not roll over. On cancellation we provide your website files. The review, messaging and missed-call systems, the app and hosting are services we provide and end with the plan. Migration assistance is available for a reasonable fee.

Liability

We take care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted hosting, specific search rankings or commercial outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Code Creative Ltd is registered in England and Wales.
