Platinum Carpet Cleaning is a family run business covering all of the North West region. Andy and Laura who run the business provide a full range of services to both Domestic and Commercial sectors.

Andy approached Code Creative on recommendation with a goal to have a brand new website redesign and to dominate Google for a cluster of commercial terms covering the North West. Andy already had Facebook Ads running and the Facebook campaign could work hand in hand with Google traffic. This is because visitors who come to the site from Google and fail to take action on their first visit can later be targeted on the Facebook platform with a Facebook Ad.

The website was built to convert traffic into enquiries. Built with multiple calls to action, a lead capture form, unique selling points and a site layout proven to convert.

Terms Identified - Growth Over Time

With a new SEO campaign it is important to correctly identify the most beneifical terms to invest our time, effort and client budget into ranking for. This involves identifying

  1. Search term with good monthly search volume
  2. Search terms that have commercial intent behind them. For example terms where someone is likely to take action, think of a term like book a carpet cleaner vs how to carpet clean.
  3. Research the strength of the current competition on the first page for those terms and be sure we can outrank them in an acceptable amount of time.

From the first day of our client campaign we would track their website position for the search term and continue to do so through the campaign. Thereby allowing us to present graphs showing the movement over time, all accessible below by clicking on each key term.
